Compare Kits Below
Bring the party in your tummy alive for a super fun Yo Gabba Gabba birthday party! So yummy…so yummy!
What better way to celebrate than with this fun tv show. I know my kids both love DJ Lance and the rest of the gang. If your kids are like mine, they just about flipped out when they saw these fun party supplies.
I love how each part of this kit is extremely colorful! In fact, you’ll notice that many of the colors match the character’s lands. This is by design because these fun party supplies are officially licensed by the makers of the tv show.
There are so many components to these kits. From basic to the ultimate kit, you’re sure to find one that suits your budget. If you want to decorate more on your own, you’d be best off getting the basic kit and doing some crafting to fill in the blanks. If you want everything done for you, the Ultimate kit is for you. It includes everything from invitations to candles for your cake.
This theme comes in specific birthday options as well. You can get kits that are for 1st and 2nd birthdays. You can also find personalized items that allow you to put your child’s name and face on their party supplies. Check them out below.
One big reason I love Birthday Express is because they offer you the option to personalize your table wear and decorations. Take a look at the image to the left. You can put names and faces on invitations, plates, centerpieces, banners and even the goodie box.
It’s really easy to do – just pick out a good picture of your child, uploaded to the Birthday Express website and they will send you items with that picture on them.
I like these type of birthday supplies because they can become keepsakes for you and for others like grandparents or Godparents. I personally use them in scrapbooks too.
Probably my favorite item is a banner. This is because it can be used just about anywhere: inside, outside, you name it. They are made from vinyl so they won’t get destroyed if it rains. Personally, I like to use them just outside the entrance to welcome guests. Then, I get a second one that I put inside the main party room.
Party Game Ideas
Looking for a fun way to incorporate this theme into your party games? Just try a few of these great suggestions!
Pin The Flower On Foofa – What little girl doesn’t love Foofa? This is the perfect knock off of our favorite game Pin the Tail on the Donkey. Buy a poster of our favorite flower-loving friend and hang it at kid level either on the back of a door or on a wall. Then using construction paper, cut out some of Foofa’s flowers for your guests to use. Attach some tape to the back of them, blind fold your guests and you have a completely unique game your party guests will love!
Dancey Dance Musical Chairs – This is a fun way to get your guests moving! Get a bunch of chairs and put them in a circle. Make sure you have one less chair than the number of guests at the party. Get a hold of a CD of music from the tv show to move guests around the circle. Then, simply play the music encouraging your party guests to dance around the chairs and when the music stops, every butt needs to find a seat. Remove a chair, rinse and repeat until you finally have a winner.
